Me and my Husband put a lot on Michaela when we were looking for our home and there was at no time did she say no to anything we asked of her. I think it was a Friday night when we put through at least I think it was 9 homes in one evening! Never did she say anything negative about our adventure or about the question’s we asked and if she did not know she found out and gave us an answer.We felt like she went so far beyond what her job description is and she made us feel like family with every call and encounter we had and continue to have with her. My husband and I met Michaela at an open house in pre-covid 2019, and we hit it off! She was SO helpful even though it was not her listing that she was showing, she was knowledgeable and willing to get info for any questions we had. It was LOVE at first house with Michaela. Our house hunting went on hold while COVID ran its course and we started shopping around again, and when we decided that Illinois was where we wanted to settle I reached out to see if she was still working and if she would help us. After that we went non stop for MONTHS with Michaela trying to find a house (not for lack of trying or offers,) the market was rough and it was easy to get discouraged. During this time Michaela learned everything we wanted, our priorities and dreams for our hose and she helped us find a winner! She was patient with us as we figured things out, changed financing options, got sick, had emergencies etc. She was never pushy or irritated with us. We LOVE our home and we couldn't have done it without her. She got us house warming gifts that even had presents for our dog and later a cute Christmas card addressed to all of us. She helped find electricians, inspectors, helped us in finding a good deal on a moving truck. Honestly, I was sad to find our house because that meant we wouldn't be going to look at houses with Michaela anymore. She is really the best, I can't imagine anyone else helping us find a house. She is truly kind, knowledgeable, dedicated, and so fun.
